Terms of trade

1. When you place an order

Once you have placed an order with Organic-Nature Webshop, our system will automatically send you an order summary via e-mail. Binding order confirmation / invoice is sent to you via e-mail in connection with sending the order, and is also enclosed with the items you have ordered. If your order is sent as a package, you will be informed about the delivery via email / sms from Post Danmark or GLS or another shipping company.

2. Cancellation of order

Orders that have not yet been sent from our warehouse can be canceled by contacting Organic Nature Webshop by phone +4520602212 or info@organicnature.dk

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. Reservations are made for tax changes, price and proofreading errors, etc.

4. Payment

Payment for ordered items can be made online using Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron. This information is transmitted encrypted between the customer and Organic-Natures Webshop.

5. Shipping and delivery

Expected delivery time is 1-4 business days. Ordered products are generally sent together. Shipping costs from 30 DKK, when buying items for 499 DKK or more you get free shipping. Organic Nature is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We only deliver in Denmark, at the above prices. When delivering to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway or Sweden, please obtain a quote on shipping.

6. Exchange service

When you shop in Organic Nature's Webshop, you can basically not return the item, but the item does not meet your expectations, we can take the item back, you must contact our info@organicnature.dk and describe your complaint, we will always make sure that you as a consumer get the best possible experience and treatment. Items that are not food you have a 14-day right of return, send the item in original packaging and make sure that the item appears unused and in order, return of items must be done to:

When an item can be returned by agreement with our information department, you must bear the cost of shipping to Organic-Nature's address. Does not apply to gift cards.

7. Right of withdrawal / return

Organic-Nature offers replacement of damaged goods according to the Consumer Contracts Act § 17 (not gift cards). The right of return / cancellation runs from the time you have received the item.

8. Right of complaint

For items with a limited lifespan, however, your right of complaint is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the item in question, carefully read the date stamp for the production date and the expiration date = expiration date. If errors or defects are discovered in a purchased item, you must contact Organic-Natures Webshop as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the error or defect consists of. Organic-Nature will then handle your complaint - remember the number on your invoice.

9. Reservations and disclaimer

Organic-Nature reserves the right to make any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.

10. Purchase through other providers

If you have bought our products via a grocery provider, retail store, other web shop, wholesaler or through another provider, you must contact the place where you bought the item, this seller / provider you bought the item from, where you bought the item will arrange a complaint. /compensation.

11. Nutritional value- Declaration- Storage

Organic-Nature products must always be stored at a minimum of 10 degrees, dry and not exposed to sunlight. Organic-Nature produces goods for athletes, exercisers, overweight, and specially designed products without sugar suitable for diabetics, balanced sugar for children, regulated fat / sugar for underweight.
